• Nombre con apellido 
• Número de pedido o factura 
• Nombres de productos a ser devueltos y el motivo para integrar su Solicitud de Cambio o Devolución. 

PACKLIFE revisará su solicitud y una vez aprobada, el cliente deberá enviar los productos completos y en su empaque original con la guía proporcionada. 

En algunos casos se podría generar algún cargo por manejo de materiales y gastos administrativos, esto sería informado al cliente al momento de la revisión. El reembolso se realizará según su método de pago o se tomará a cuenta para el cambio de mercancía en caso de que el cliente así lo solicite y se verá reflejado entre 3 hasta 30 días dependiendo la institución bancaria.
