When making your purchase Packlife processes your order and during this process you will receive an email requesting the following tax information
- RFC.
- Company name natural person full name or legal entity without including abbreviations of its company name.
- Postal Code.
- Fiscal Regime.
- Use of CDFI.
- Way to pay.
- To avoid any errors, you can include your proof of tax status.
- Email.
Upon receiving your information, we will process your invoice and send it to your email as soon as possible within 24 to 48 hours once we receive your purchase and validate that everything arrived in order.

Send an email to distdigital@packlife.mx requesting the correction of your invoice, attaching the correct information. If the error was made by our team, there will be no additional charge.

Within the month in which your purchase was made and you received your product, otherwise the order will be invoiced to the General Public with generic tax data.
If you made your purchase at the end of the month and you have not yet received it, you will have the opportunity to generate it until you physically receive it.

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the product and the distance. The cost will appear in your shopping cart calculated at the address you register for delivery or you can make a minimum purchase of $1,299 pesos and get free shipping.
