In case of any manufacturing error by PACKLIFE products or authorized brand manufacturers, in which the item has a feature different from the one advertised, you can return it with its original packaging and original accessories within the specified return period in the Returns and Refunds policy.
It is the user's responsibility to read the full description of our products and view the photographs before confirming a purchase. While we take care to display accurate colors on our site, we cannot guarantee that they will appear the same on different devices.
Our recommendation is for the user to review the purchase terms before completing it to ensure awareness of the terms, conditions, and restrictions that may apply to each product.
If any inconsistency or errors occur when publishing prices on the portal, you will be informed of the situation. You can then confirm whether you still want to purchase the product or cancel the order and receive a refund. If you have not completed your purchase, changes in price and availability will be notified when entering the shopping cart.
The published prices are net amounts in Mexican pesos and do not include shipping costs, handling charges, taxes and/or duties, or special packaging requirements for exports. Customers claiming tax or duty exemption are responsible for providing PACKLIFE with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase, or taxes will be added to their order.

Once processed, our orders have a delivery time of 4 to 7 days, depending on the delivery area.
If, due to any situation, the times change, PACKLIFE will contact you via email and/or phone to inform you of the updated status of your shipment.
In the event of a natural or social disaster, bad weather, or political problems limiting the delivery of your purchase, the shipping period could extend up to 30 business days, and you will be notified.

PACKLIFE offers the option to pick up at one of our 3 branches within the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm by appointment, once confirmed that your order is ready for collection at our address.

To ensure security, the product delivery will follow these guidelines:
- Place an online order, selecting the branch for pickup.
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
- Collect at the store from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, providing a valid photo ID and the order number.
- The pickup order will be held at the branch for a maximum of 3 natural days from the email notification that your order is ready for collection.

The user has 30 days to request a warranty for any of our products, applicable only for manufacturing defects. To do so, contact us via email at distdigital@packlife.mx or call +52 3323391789, explaining the reasons for the product failure. Photographic or video evidence, order number or invoice, and full name are required.
Warranty Restrictions:
- If the product shows alterations due to misuse.
- It must be sent in its original packaging with all accessories.
- The company will provide the shipping guide, and the user has 5 business days to ship the product.

RETURNS
PACKLIFE offers a 30-day period after receiving your purchase to return the item(s), receiving a full refund of the amount paid. It is essential to keep the original packaging and ensure it is in the conditions mentioned in our Returns Policy. Also, review the money return period according to the payment method to generate your refund.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS
Your order starts processing immediately after the purchase is approved by the assigned payment method. Once the order is confirmed by our system, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return. To request a return for your order, contact us through our store chat or call our customer service number, providing your order number. In case of a partial cancellation, provide details of the items to cancel.
It is important to remember that in cases of "packages," "combos," or "bundles," we may replace some items but cannot process partial refunds. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your order and will be carried out within 3 to 4 business days once the cancellation is accepted. If you are unable to inspect the product at the time of delivery and later find defects, contact our chat within 24 hours of product delivery.
