PACKLIFE will review your request, and once approved, the customer must ship the products in their entirety and in their original packaging using the shipping label provided. In some cases, a fee may be charged for handling and administrative costs; the customer will be informed of this at the time of review. The refund will be issued via your original payment method or applied toward an exchange, if requested by the customer, and will appear in your account within 3 to 30 days, depending on the bank.
