The user must contact us by email at distdigital@packlife.mx or call 52+ 3323391789, explaining the reasons why they want to return and/or exchange the product, providing the following information.
- First name with last name
- Order or invoice number
- Names of products to be returned and the reason for integrating your Exchange or Return Request.
PACKLIFE will review your request and once approved, the customer must send the products complete and in their original packaging with the guide provided.
In some cases, a charge could be generated for materials handling and administrative expenses, this would be informed to the client at the time of the review. The refund will be made according to your payment method or will be taken into account for the exchange of merchandise if the client requests it and will be reflected between 3 to 30 days depending on the banking institution.

Once it has been approved that your exchange or return request meets the specified conditions, we will provide you with a guide for the collection of your package. This guide will be sent by email and will have a maximum period of 5 business days for delivery.
You must print the guide documents; one should be placed in the package, and the other should be handed to the courier.
We will send the tracking number by email, where you can track the status of your return.
Once we have received your return package at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
For any return, it is important to consider the following points:

- The product must not show signs of exposure to storage conditions that alter the functionality of the product (humidity, exposure to the sun, etc.).
- The product should not be used unless a manufacturing problem is detected during use.
