CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Moisten before use: If the towel is dry and stiff, soak it in water for a few seconds to soften it.
* Hand wash or machine wash in cold water.
*Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the material.
*Air-dry it outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
*If it dries out and becomes stiff, do not fold or force it. Simply dampen it to reactivate it.
*Avoid extremely hot surfaces to prolong its lifespan.

The user must contact us by email at distdigital@packlife.mx or by phone at 52+ 3323391789, explaining the reasons for returning and/or exchanging the product and providing the following information: First and last name; Order or invoice number; Names of the products to be returned; and the reason for submitting the Return or Exchange Request. PACKLIFE will review your request, and once approved, the customer must ship the products in their entirety and in their original packaging using the shipping label provided. In some cases, a fee may be charged for handling and administrative costs; the customer will be informed of this at the time of review. The refund will be issued via your original payment method or applied toward an exchange, if requested by the customer, and will appear in your account within 3 to 30 days, depending on the bank.
